Phase 1 — Analog Dependency Audit

We document every device on copper: analog phones, fax lines, alarm dialers, elevator emergency phones, and door intercoms. Nothing gets missed.

Phase 2 — Migration Plan & Number Porting

We initiate number ports with your carrier, procure ATAs (Analog Telephone Adapters) for legacy devices, and configure VoIP replacements in parallel so there is zero interruption to service.

Phase 3 — Cutover & Testing

Each device is migrated individually and tested end-to-end — including test calls to 911 — before the analog line is cancelled. Your alarm company and elevator contractor are coordinated directly by IT Center.

Phase 4 — Ongoing Monitoring

All migrated lines are registered in our monitoring platform. SIP registration failures, jitter events, and quality alerts are handled by our NOC before users notice any degradation.
